Exchange The Property (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a property exchange platform connecting property owners across India. Contact: support@exchangetheproperty.in

Account (via Google Sign-In): name, email, profile photo, Google ID. Contact (optional): mobile phone number — shared with matched users only on mutual acceptance. Property listings: descriptions, location, photos, exchange preferences. Usage data: device type, OS, push notification token, property view counts. Payment: transaction IDs only (no card/bank details — handled by PhonePe).

• Create and manage your account • Display your property listings to other subscribers • Match you with relevant exchange opportunities • Process payments and manage subscriptions • Send push notifications for requests, messages, and alerts • Generate AI-enhanced listing content (English + Hindi) • Detect and prevent fraud and policy violations • Respond to support requests • Comply with applicable legal obligations

With other users: Listing details are visible to all subscribers. Contact details are shared only when both parties accept a request. Service providers (data processors): • Google — authentication • Groq Inc. — AI processing of listing text (no personal data sent) • Expo — push notifications • PhonePe — payment processing • MongoDB Atlas — database hosting We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

All communications are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are not stored — authentication is handled entirely by Google. JWT tokens expire and are stored in secure device storage. Server data is hosted on MongoDB Atlas with access controls.

• Account data: retained while account is active; deleted within 30 days of deletion request • Property listings: auto-deleted 30 days after approval (including images, requests, messages) • Payment records (transaction IDs): 7 years for legal compliance • Push tokens: deleted on sign-out After account deletion, anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained.

Your property descriptions are sent to Groq Inc. (LLaMA model) to generate structured English and Hindi listing content. Only your raw text (description, location, preferences) is sent — no name, email, phone, or images. See groq.com for Groq’s privacy practices.

You have the right to: • Access a copy of your personal data • Correct inaccurate data (via Profile in the app) • Delete your account and all associated data — submit a deletion request here • Withdraw consent for push notifications (via device settings) • Data portability To exercise these rights, email support@exchangetheproperty.in

This app is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.

We may update this policy periodically. We’ll notify you via the app for material changes. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
